Roadmap

In particular with regards to rental properties, it is important that there is an immediate response. We invite the first 10 registrations. Suppose that of these 10 registrations only 5 confirm for the viewing, then we invite the next 5 candidates, etc.

Completion

If you where chosen by the owner as a new tenant, we will try to complete everything for you as soon as possible and we will be happy to help you with all your questions.

Service

After the delivery of the house, you will immediately receive the keys. The first two weeks we are happy to help you with your questions, after that period it is up to the owner, except in case we manage the property. You will then receive an extensive email from us with all the details and an overview for which you as a tenant are responsible.
